Recognizing that God calls, equips, and connects all who serve in his kingdom, we seek to reflect intentionally the servant leader principals modeled by Jesus for developing leaders. Leadership development is a critical need for the Church of God. The only way to successfully build a program that will last ten to twenty years into the future is to focus on an overall strategy that takes into consideration the present need and future development.
